The Digital Camera 10x Zoom website is published by Andrew Macaskill, who has a National Diploma in Photography from the Durban Institute of Technology, South Africa, where he studied photography for three years.

He has worked as a Press photographer and photojournalist on newspapers and magazines in South Africa and Australia, as a commercial photographer, and now concentrates mainly on wildlife photography.

With a formal photographic training, hands-on work as a Press and commercial photographer, plus years of experience using both film and digital cameras, Andrew is well-qualified to write about photographic topics. He enjoys offering tips and advice to aspirant photographers or those simply needing unbiased advice on selecting the most suitable photographic equipment, such as high optical zoom digital cameras and digital SLRs.
